Roof Claim Express, a division of Palmer Contracting, Inc. was developed to assist homeowners with their insurance claims, mainly due to wind and hail (storm) damage. We offer free inspections and consultations so our clients know where to begin and meet with their insurance adjuster to ensure they receive everything their policy entitles them to. We do all the work per the insurance estimate, usually with free upgrades, and often times there is no cost at all to the homeowner (some deductibles may apply).
