Every time I try to do business here, they act like they don't want to sell any cars. I have even was here from out of state. I bought my last jeep in Utah (again, on the same trip- wanted more room) because I couldn't even get anyone to wait on me.

If I could leave no stars I would. Service department never answers the phone. Company doesn't honor appointments and is refusing to work on a RECALL (which is illegal) management doesn't care. I didn't purchase my jeep from them but would encourage you not to as well as their service department is TERRIBLE.

Update due to response: they can respond to Google reviews but take over a week to call back?

When in for a simple recall, however my truck exhaust now sounds like straight piped….and they have the balls to ask my what I did….customer service is unbelievable… poor management…

Will never ever take my car to this scam company. I had my car there a few months ago because of a check engine light that they couldn't figure out why so they said it was a bad battery lol. My car was there 8 hours. I take it in today and once again for the same problem and I told them it was a bad engine oil sensor from a read I got on it. So the first time it was no charge and now they charge me almost 200 dollars for finding the problem that I told them was a problem. Told me pay or they keep my car. Don't take your car there because they are scammy people who will charge you any way possible. Oh and the battery they recommended me to buy was 600 bucks. Nobody in there right mind is paying that. I would have never wrote a negative review if you didn't force me to pay 200 bucks for a problem I told you that was wrong with the car. The sensor to fix my car there was 1000 dollars to fix. No thank you

I’ve never given a bad review before but I guess there is always a first. I have been taking my multiple vehicle here for years. The people are all great and super nice. I took my Chrysler Pacifica in the because the backup camera stopped working. My van was still under warranty. They informed me Chrysler had the part on back order and they would call me when it came in. I didn’t hear from them for 6 months and called them. The said the part is available but it wouldn’t be covered because it is now out of warranty. Crazy! It wasn’t my fault that the part wasn’t in. I got case management involved and over a 6 month time frame I had so much back and forth between here and the Chrysler main office. I’m the end Chrysler informed me that they didn’t deny paying for the part but it was rejected from Ron Sayers manager, Bob. I tried to call but never got called back. Now I am out a back up camera and other electrical issues for the back of the van. I felt it was very unfair to not honor the warranty when I took it in still under warranty. I am also bothered because I had been a long time customer. I am now trying to find a new business to take all my vehicles for service.
