We had the car delivered half way to our home due to distances. I chose this dealership because of their good reviews and the car was what I was looking for.
The purchase process was very disorganized- we had very scattered text messages from a number of team members with no comms between them. Once paid it was very unclear when we would receive the paperwork or what needed to be done. It felt like once the money was received and the loan secured everything else was sidelined.
The car itself: picked up the car and upon hearing rattling a couple of days later we realized the panoramic sunroof had been open causing a severe rattling sound- once closed we discovered a very large stain all over the inside roof fabric covering the sun roof.
Within 2 weeks of having the car its smooth drive became shaky. I had the tires checked- basic tires that needed calibrating.
Then took it to my local mechanic- paid for it to be looked over, they discovered two failed struts and a failed drive, entire panoramic roof seal is worn down completely and needs to be replaced and the front drive shaft failed. The ford warranty covered the drive but not the rest. I was charged $600 for ford and my local mechanics just to tell me what was wrong with the car.
I wrote to Mathew asking if they would cover the struts, panoramic roof or even just the cost of the mechanics given that I have had the car less than 2 weeks. Mathew assured me would escalate it to his boss. Five days later no response, when I sent an email requesting a response all I got was
"Hi
I have spoken to my store manager and he said struts and Panoramic roof are not covered under the CPO Warranty. As far as the 400 Diag fee that is not something we would cover."
I then sent an immediate response asking if the initial 100 point check was ever done and or what checks were completed when they purchased the car for resale... no response and that was 5 days ago.
Long story short, do your checks and don't assume the good reviews mean anything at all.

Service team:
On my way home from buying the Bronco I noticed that the plate covering the camera/holding the rear-view mirror was detached. I notified Daniel in sales immediately he referred me to the service team.
I brought it into Daniel (from service), he had it look at it and determined they’d need to order a new part. Two days later I received a call from Jonathan and he sent out Mario and Ian with Ford Mobile Service.
They came straight to my house and fixed it in less than 5min. I’m so happy at how quickly this was turned around and fixed. This is my first time experiencing mobile service in general and it was so convenient. I work full time and am a mother to a 9-year-old autistic boy and it can be challenging to get out of the house for services like this during the week. So, I really appreciate this service and how kind and professional your guys are. :)

❗❗❗I have been waiting to receive a new part or refund for 4 months (since November 14, 2024) and every week they promise me that the issue will be resolved soon❗❗❗
On November 14, 2024, I returned the part to Dupratt Ford Dixon and the guys in the parts department told me that I would receive a refund within a few weeks, but a month later I checked my credit card and did not find the refund, I called them around December 20 and clarified where my refund was. In response, I received information that I would not receive a refund because the part was purchased at Ford online. After a month of negotiations, Ford online confirmed that I must return the part to the Dupratt dealer.
❗❗❗On January 17, 2025 (more than 2 months have passed since the return of the part) the manager Adrian, who spoke with Ford online, started working with me, he confirmed that I would receive a new part. Today is March 7, 2025 and Adrian has not responded to my messages for two days. A negative review is my next step to resolve this issue
❗If I do not receive a refund or a new part within a week, then a complaint will follow on the license board and DMV❗
