Dealer still hasn't delivered title to a vehicle we paid cash for. Refuses to return phone calls. Refuses to refund our money even though they can't produce title. Beware of rolls Royce of Raleigh. I'm not the only person with this issue, read the reviews first!

Jacob is a man! Through the whole process, start to finish my guy Jacob was there for me. Answering calls on his day off and going over and above to help in any way. Thanks big bro!!

Jacob was absolutely amazing. He took care of us from the start to finish and went over and beyond to get us in our dream vehicle. Even after we had some unforeseen issues with the vehicle, he continued to take care of us and bring us back and got us in an even better vehicle which is UNHEARD of. He answered and took care of us on his DAY OFF, and we are forever grateful. I can't recommend him enough. We are lifelong customers and cannot wait to buy from him in a couple years! OUTSTANDING service and he makes you feel so comfortable. He is so kind and genuine and is just wonderful.
