I'm so glad to have gotten a Rollga foam roller this summer! A couple of weeks ago the muscles in my lower back started to flare up which subsequently began affecting my entire back, causing significant discomfort, tightness, and pain. I quickly began using my Rollga standard foam roller multiple times a day to massage and stretch along my entire spine. The design of this roller has enabled me feel relief and progress in my recovery safely and effectively! When I was finally able to meet with my physical therapist, he was so glad I'd been using the roller and felt it was exactly what I should have been doing! I'm glad to say I've been able to return to my triathlon training, continuing to use my roller post workout combined with exercises for my injury! It's truly been a game changer and I'm not sure how I would be managing my back issues without it!

I suffer from regular tension headaches and this roller has been a game changer!

Received my Rollga massager as a gift and I LOVE it! It is great for loosening up tight muscles after a run. Also great for your neck and shoulders when sitting at a desk all day. Its compact size makes it easier to target smaller muscle groups.

Hands down the best foam roller I've ever used! I love how deep it gets into the muscles and how light it is. I've used it myself and it has made a huge difference in my upper back by getting deep into places other rollers can't. My husband has used and loves it too! I've used it with my clients and one commented " oh wow I feel like I just went to the chiropractor ". One of our physical therapists tried it and is ordering one for himself!

With 25 years experience in massage and recover and as a strength and conditioning instructor I am enormously picky about training equipment. The rollga roller is easily the best roller I've used. I've taken it to the gym on deadlift night and allowed the guys to test run it with very favorable reply. I'm a fan of the shape and density (I own the hardest they carry)
