The experience was great all involved were wonderful to work with and made it easy to get everything done quickly. We bought a 2500 pickup and a Jeep wrangler.

What an awful experience! I went in to get a light bulb changed on my headlight. I was told it would take an hour.
1 1/2 hour later I get called by a service tech. He told me that to change my light bulb it would be 300 bucks plus. Omg! He told me that the light bulb was a hundred bucks and since they would have to take a tire off and I think he said the grill the labor costs were high! This is on a 2014 dodge ram. Then I was told that a serpentine belt was cracked and needed to be fixed right away. I told them do not go forward with any work....they had already took the truck apart!!! I told them to put it back together and that I was leaving!
I then was told that there was a 250.00 diagnostic fee!!!
I said you did not diagnose anything! I told you I needed a new light bulb. But since they told me about the belt there was a fee!!! Oh hell no! I was furious!
But after all of the fussing I did there was no charge!!!
This place is a rip off! BTW. I bought a light bulb for 31 bucks and we will put it in!!!!
