Hey jeep when are you gonna step in and actually do something about the dealership and their lack of knowledge on warranty related issues?

The worst place to bring your vehicle. They hate doing the job they are there to do. Getting them to do anything warranty related is like pulling teeth. The shop Forman is useless. It seems like no one up there wants to help or do the job they are paid to do. Don’t ask ray wolf to help in any way because he just speaks to you like you are an idiot. It’s time to get people working that actually work and want to help. Just stay away or go straight to the GM. Bypass all the useless people who hate the job they have. That is the only way anything will get done.

Thanks to all the people in the service department who helped to repair my 2022 Gladiator engine noise issue. I don’t remember all of your names but everyone involved did a great job. Great communication and service. A special shout out to McKenzie Maxwell who had to deal with me several times a day. Great job everyone!

UPDATE!!

I had a terrible experience with the service department with Roger Williams about a year ago. The sales manager replied to my review and asked to have a conversation with me. After a brief conversation, I decided to give them another chance. I just got my truck back it works perfectly. They were honest throughout the entire process, even though some things might’ve taken a little longer than normal because they’re a little behind like every other dealership within three counties of me. They have a new service manager, along with some new service advisors. I would strongly suggest that if you have a bad opinion of Roger Williams, give them one more chance.

Terra was wonderful , she did everything and management to get me the truck I was looking for, they went above and beyond to help . Very friendly and always Welcoming you . Terra's knowledgeable on truck I wanted . Took her time on showing me how everything worked, when test driving . Owners was also so great. Highly recommend this dealership

Tyler at Roger Williams is the best! I wanted a very specific truck in a specific configuration and with certain upgrades which is not very common. Tyler went out of his way to put me into the EXACT vehicle configuration and trim I was looking for.

His communication was excellent and he kept me in the loop every step of the way. Big shout out to Tyler.

I also looked at comparable F-150 trucks but their only solution was to order the vehicle (12 - 14 weeks), and their price was much higher. I'm so glad I checked out the Ram 1500's at Roger Williams.

I love my new Ram truck.
