The team at Roger Williams Chrysler/Jeep in Weatherford came through for me when my Jeep Renegade key fob bedded to be reprogrammed. Kyle Smith welcomed me to the dealership with a handshake and a smile. Although it was getting close to closing time he worked with me until we got the problem solve. Randall Brann and George made sure that my order for a new fob was done and I had the vehicle back in less than twenty four hours. Juan Garces gave me his personal cell phone number and stayed in contact with me throughout the process always immediately returning my texts.

I recently took my car to Roger Williams to have the ignition switch replaced. Good thing it was under warranty and only cost me my deductible of $100. If it had not been under warranty, they were going to charge me over $1200!!! I have checked online and replacement charges run from $200 to $500; not $1200! I've had problems with this place trying to cheat me before. Never again. I'll take my car to the Dodge dealer in Granbury or Cleburne, even if it has to be towed.

Shop quickly repaired a faulty thermostat.

Please do not take your vehicle to this location. Their service department doesn't know how to fix the cars, won't listen to the customer and charges horrendous prices. They've had our car for 10 weeks, haven't fixed it and are refusing to listen to anyone else who knows what they are doing. Save yourself the problems.

Pete Kresta was great to work with in the sales dept. The finance process was also very quick, easy, and low-pressure.
