About Rodney Cheeseman Karate & MMA Studio
Here at the RCK & MMA Studio we teach a traditional self defense MMA program to kids and adults. It consists of Judo, Okinawan Karate, Thai Boxing Style Striking, Gracie Style Jiu-Jitsu (Army Combatives). We also Have a Hybrid Thai Kick Boxing Cardio Fitness Program. We offer training day & night for adults and separate evening classes for kids 4-13 years of age.
