I had the best and fastest experience at this dealership. This was my first time building my own jeep and Oliver took his time and helped me through out the whole process. He was polite and didn't push me to buy additional warranties. I was able to get the best price at this dealership!!

I Waited 3 months for my Jeep that the salesman lied about twice. Finally picked up my Jeep , 3 weeks later there is a fluid leak ruining my brand new driveway! I took it to service and the man told me to "park on the street until the fluid is done leaking out. Then I can pull into my driveway" the sales manager told me to "pick up the Jeep and take it to my local mechanic because they can't find anything wrong with it"
The customer service at this Jeep is HORRIBLE! I'm disgusted by the way me and my wife were spoken too. And I'm 100% sure if we were men , this wouldn't have been the case! Currently still fighting with this horrible dealer to come up with a solution, which they haven't been very helpful in doing!
My entire experience has been terrible!! And the leak of communication has been every worse.

Brian Gehan helped me out when purchasing my new 2021 Durango Hellcat. I was an out of state customer and I could not ask for better service from Brian. He was attentive, shared the order process with me, and kept me informed the entire way. I would buy from Rockland again in a heartbeat. Even the finance guy was great to deal with. Not pushy about an extended warranty or anything. If you're looking for a Chrysler Dodge Jeep or Ram, these guys will take good care of you from any distance.

Bought my 2nd vehicle in 10 years here and can't describe how amazing the experience was.
The entire staff was helpful, attentive, and even the team members I was not buying a car from were polite, helpful and helped me find who/what/where I needed to be.
On the salesman, information and purchasing side: Oliver McIntyre was a car buyers dream. I had visited 2 Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep dealerships before going back to Rockland (which is about 1.5 hours from where I work now) and would probably never go back anywhere outside of Rockland again because that's how much more helpful and overall better Oliver was as both a salesman and someone who truly wanted to help me get the right car for the right price.
I Ended up buying a 2022 Jeep Gladiator, and trading in the original car I had bought from Rockland CJD years prior in a deal that worked for everyone. Of course the person to facilitate all of this: was Oliver.
I would also note that their financial services are impeccable and were just as helpful as Oliver and the rest of the staff were. I dealt with Michael LaPorta during the signing and he made everything as quick and painless as possible. I actually needed a little help getting a duplicate title for the trade in (I've heard it can be a little of a hassle to get it from DMV) and they even took care of that just to help me out. Overall 10/10 experience dealing with this dealership, and extra kudos to Oliver and Michael specifically. It is true what they say about a businesses employees: due to my excellent experience with Oliver and the rest of the staff here I will NEVER shop at another dealership again before going to see them.
