Staff were unorganized and overwhelmed. So all their food took way too long at concessions, and they can't prioritize their customers outside of birthday parties. P.S. y'all really need a bathroom attendant?.

Great experience 2 attractions not working...Restrooms were horrible although it was a busy Saturday...bathrooms should've been checked hourly at least.

Loved this place! My kids had a great time and the staff were very polite and helpful. The different play areas and activities give everyone something to do even the adults. I'm definitely coming back here.
