The early time slot is excellent if you want your children to experience all that this place has to offer. It wasn't crowded and my grandchildren were able to enjoy all the activities with no waits and no crowds

Sunday afternoon I brought my daughter in with two of her friends to enjoy the park. I went to purchase a slushee and pizza from cafe and the young man was not polite. The slushee flavor was wrong and the pizza was burnt. When I asked to speak to the manager he ignored me. And I was told I should be happy I'm a VIP member. The young lady Brianna who was usually available wasn't present. She was efficient , polite and well mannered. Which made a better environment for me and my child.

It was very busy on the weekend - to be expected but to not have both dodgeball areas open and only one poor guy working the snack bar made ot do much worse. They also need to let more kids into the obstacle course at a time to offset the too many kids in the main jumping area. The big kids were very aggressively playing dodgeball which would be fine if the opposite side could be used for smaller kids. During the weekdays when my kids have had half days I would give this place a 4/5. The cost is the reason its not 5/5. It shouldn't cost over 50 dollars for two kids to jump and eat for an hour!

The place was crowded, and a lot of people were not wearing mask. Your kids will get bored after an hour not match activities. I was shocked how small it was.
