The work wasn't hard, and for the most part the people I encountered were pleasant. My first day, people asked where I was going, and I told them the location/area, they either said I wasn't gonna like it in there or asked the person I was with why did they send me in there?!Report
I thought it was because of the workload, no! It was the Lead/ Supervisor! First couple days, he wouldn't really engage with me. I would say hello, he wouldn't really respond. If I messed up, he would demean me in front of the other workers. He would say things like, PUT IT HERE!! Or give other commands in an aggressive tone!
He had all the other workers on egg shells! They pretty much went along with the behavior, because of how aggressive he was, if you got out of "line" i.e simply making a mistake.
He had came up to me, and asked did I hear about us, staying over til 6:30! I said no! But I need the over time anyway! He told me, that he's just telling me what the man said!! (In an aggressive manner).
I asked to go to the restroom, because we were at a stand still, he told me I don't have to ask to go to the MFing Bathroom and that everyone is MFing Grown!
Very toxic work environment, don't even bother going to upper Management.

2) the pay is very competitive
3) I work Monday-Thursday
4) most of the time overtime is available.
