Add ReviewLacked empathy Dr Corl had a lack of empathy for my concerns and even admitted he didn't understand why I was making such a big deal. His overuse of reflection with constant verbatim repetition was not empathetic or helpful, but felt uncaring and not supportive. Does a tape recorder demonstrate any empathy? It hurt to be dismissed by him.Report
Disappointed The most disappointing part for me about Dr Corl was the poor communication skills, he didn't create a safe space and lacked cultural awareness or competence. It's not helpful when you end up shamed and traumatized. I now only use a female voice narrating meditations to mitigate the negative triggers from his therapy.Report
