I was recently in the market for a new truck and had a vehicle to trade in. The salesperson was friendly enough, we told him our needs and he helped us find a truck that was suitable. We test drove the truck and liked it, on the way back to his desk I informed him that we had test drove a Ram and a Chevy the day before and still had to go test out a Ford. Upon hearing this, he said how they didn't want to be shopped around on. I though it was kind of joking but once we sat at his desk and he got our trade information he went to the back office for a bit, when he came out he said we should go to the Ford dealership and he wouldn't tell us how much the truck would be or what we could get for the trade because they didn't want to be shopped around on. I think it's crazy that a dealership would expect you to not shop around on a 60k+ purchase. Needless to say, we did not go back, and we found our truck elsewhere.

I was not looking forward to the whole car buying process because of all the unpleasant experiences I have had in the past and what you hear all the time, however with Roberts Toyota it was different. They delivered on the out the door price, treated with respect and no squirmy sales tactics.Hats off to Mike A. and Kevin S.

Very friendly,done exactly what needed to be done in a timely manner .

Scheduled an appt for an oil change and tire rotation , the oil change was not done .because they never updated the miles . Then I get a call saying that my truck needs an oil change . Should have been taken care of the first time I made my appointment . As someone who is really busy this is inconvenient .
