I had purchased a brand new Jeep in July of 2022 and owned it for less than 48 hours when someone decided to shoot out of a gas station, across two lanes of traffic, and make a left turn into me as I was driving down the street minding my own business. The individual had the worst insurance company ever-Pronto Insurance. While Pronto insurance was busy violating the Texas insurance code by taking over two weeks to accept liability, I hired Roberts Markland to handle my case and Johnny Papantonakis became my attorney.
Johnny is an ace lawyer and consummate professional. My case was handled with the utmost care and attention. Johnny always made sure that I was well informed at all times during my case and was available to answer any questions that I may have had. However, the true hero of this story is his assistant, Telly.
Telly worked tirelessly to get all of my medical records and bills in a timely fashion and keep Johnny organized in accordance with his schedule. Through her hard work she was truly the key to my case settled in only 8 months. Had I not had these people on my side Pronto would have drug this out until the end of time and I would have lost my mind. 10 out of 10 I would hire Roberts Markland, Johnny & Telly again and you should too!
