I took my jeep wrangler for a break problems and they gave me a Diagnostic. I pay 1,300 To fix the problem they told me that the vehicle was ready 2 day later i went to pick it up and the vehicle had the same problem almost had an accident because of there negligence when back and the customer manager told me that if I what that problem solved I have to paid them again for a problem that I took it for in the first place they put my self in danger they are negligent and money oriented the worst experience ever it’s not about money its about that they are putting people in danger just to get more money if this was an elderly person they would have been reaped by them because they are guessing their diagnoses are not accurate I don’t recommend to bring your car or trucks here it’s Dangerous

This dealership sells lemons. Got a 2024 dodge hornet from them in March brand new and it’s died 3 times in six months. I’ve gotten the battery replaced (which I shouldn’t have to do anyways in a brand new car) and it still dies. The tire pressure never stays correct even after refilling and checking for holes. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

My gf brought her 2020 jeep grand Cherokee in for a full inspection I’ll say that again a “full” inspection and oil change the car has a coolant leak from the water pump weep hole, they told her that they didn’t find anything and that they check the coolant hoses and everything. Terrible mechanics will not go back or recommend
