Robert was professional and helpful at first, but as my case proceeded his quality plummeted. Getting ahold of him was impossible and he would fail to inform me of trial dates (I actually missed one and had a warrant out for my arrest for a court date i wasn't even aware of). On another occasion he had me take off of work and fly for a court date that I did not even need to intend. Besides whatever backend stuff goes on between the attorney and judge, I essentially had to handle everything myself. He became smug and acted as if i was a nuisance to him (I'm not sorry if i have questions about things that are going to greatly affect my life). It would take multiple calls over the course of weeks just to get him or his associates to check in on my case. Not exaggerating, it would take over a week to get important papers faxed to me. By the end of the my case, Robert was nonexistent and I only worked with his associate Khalil. I felt like I received a run of the mill settlement that I could have gotten with any lawyer. I paid for Robert to make my life easier during an extremely stressful period of my life, and instead he only made it more difficult.

I usually don’t do reviews, however I must in this instance. Attorney James did an excellent job handling my accident case. He was very professional, thorough and tough during negotiations with the at fault insurance company and their lawyers. He and his team did an excellent job keeping me informed regarding my case, and were easily accessible when I had questions. I never felt like just another number. I highly recommend his practice and have referred other relatives, and friends, as I trust his abilities.
