I am really satisfied with the level of service I received from Matthew Agular and the whole team at Robetson to include Joe and the whole team. There was no pressure and all of my concerns were addressed. They called me when the type of Jeep I was looking for and boy were they right. It really shows that Matthew and Joe had listen to what I wanted and when it came in called me right away. That level of service is very rare in the current state we find ourselves in. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and person service I received, and I received the vehicle I was looking for. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase and don't feel I need to go anywhere else. I received fantastic service from start to finish in the process. Thanks for having great people helping people find that right vehicle and match my needs.

Never thought of buying a brandnew vehicle in my life. I thought ill be used with preowned vehilces.

That day APRIL changed everything. She found me the deal of my lifetime. This new vehicle almost cost as much as a preowned one.

The worst customer service I ever experienced. I was traveling in my 2yr old Jeep and AC broke in second row (could not set temperate other than LO and couldn't turn it off and it's winter time). I stop by and asked for help, the lady didn't do anything beside reseting unit, I asked about disconnecting the battery but she said it will break my car. After the trip without AC I took it to the other shop for service and guess what they disconnected batter to fix it! that's it! she didn't help and she shared fake service advices! didn't put minimal effort to help someone in need especially the car is under warranty!

Express lube for an oil change is not express.
I Scheduled an 11am. showed up a bit early. normally a good thing.
Check in was simple easy. 45 minutes after scheduled 11am appointment my jeep was still in the same spot while 2 others had been pulled in that arrived after I did.
So I pulled the tag of the rearview set it on the counter as and informed a gentleman that I was now loosing wages from work and was taking my Jeep.
I had the Tag 4309.

I tried again............ it should not be this hard to schedule an oil change, show up ten minutes early, wait for it and be able to leave in a reasonable amount of time. I won't be back. I miss when Withnell had Ram & Dodge.

We came by the dealership to look at a Jeep we had seen on the website. We were greeted at the door by Martin. He was very friendly and took us to the vehicle. He explained all the features and showed us the CarFax information. After a test drive, we told Martin we had other vehicles to look at. There was no pressure to "get it now" he respected our wishes. We decided the Roberson Jeep was our choice. I contacted the dealership but Martin was gone for the day. Hayden told us to stop by an he could assist. He met us at the door and led us through the purchase process. 1st time I have enjoyed buying a vehicle. I enjoyed working with great people for a great deal.

I had bought my fair share of cars over the years and usually I hate going to the dealerships but this was my first experience with Roberson and I have to say it was by fair the best experience I’ve ever had buying from a dealer. Hayden was my salesman and literally made the entire process so easy, most friendly staff I’ve encountered to date. Will 100% be buying from here again!!

Had a check engine light pop up on my newer dodge ram. Scheduled a service appointment and came in, they were able to use my warranty to fully cover as well as order me an Uber home.

Alex the service advisor was great to work with.

The employees are very personable and helpful! The mechanics do excellent work! Their phone system has much to be desired. I call but leave a message and end up playing phone tag with the service writer. I would like to just wait until someone picks up the line and answers my question.
