I had a wonderful experience with my service on my jeep gladiator. Making an appointment online was very smooth. I was greeted by Bob at the service desk upon my arrival into the building and paperwork, for my service was handled in a very quick manner. I was told approximately how long it would take, and the estimate was spot on. I was very pleased with my experience.

Inquired about a vehicle on the 23rd. Scheduled to look at it on the 24th. Assisted by both Katie and Amber. Received a text from Amber saying she couldn’t make it, but Scott Cole would assist me. Communication was great! Much appreciated! Met with Scott, drove my vehicle of choice and ended up driving it home within a couple hours. ALL personnel are very professional as well as personable. Never felt pressured or hurried. Really great atmosphere! Definitely would recommend them! Thank you EVERYONE!!!

What a terrible experience!! From the minute I walked into the service department at 8:40a this morning until I picked up my car at 5:15p, I am absolutely disgusted in how I was treated and the service I received on my jeep. I initially made this appointment to get the alert saying my car phone needed service fixed. The night before my car wouldn't start and I thought "what perfect timing, I already have an appointment at the dealership and can get this fixed". Wrong. I had a friend pick me up from the dealership at 10:30, by noon I was asking for an update. Johnny told me he wouldn't have an update until 3pm. 3pm comes and silence. I reached out at 3:30 and didn't hear back until 4:30p. My initial cost was for 2 diagnostic tests and the final labor and service bill was going to be over 2k for a radio that isn't broken and a battery that is dead. If they would have notified me at 3 like promised. I could have gotten a new battery myself and put it in, but being told that late and so soon to closing I felt backed into a corner without another option and agreed to an almost $400 charge to replace the battery. I wasn't told any warranty information on the battery and have no clue if it's mid, mod or high grade. I know dealership prices typically are more expensive, but this is just plain robbery! Do yourself a favor and don't come here if you need help.

Nice dealership, all around great service staff, everything was done exactly as explained and they were super fast with it. Even the used car guy from sales helped out! Strongly recommend this place for service and sales!

Our Salesperson April Bowling is awesome. This is the 2nd Jeep she has sold us and this time we called and asked for her by name. She knows the Jeep products and features well and knows their inventory without running back and forth to check. Ask for her by name and you won't be disappointed.

Haydon was great to work with. My second truck from Roberson’s. Haydon provided great customer service. Gave me a great tour of my new truck.

The lobby was super busy when I went to drop of my Jeep for service, but Johny was very professional and helpful. He even called me a Lyft to get me to my rental car. Always top notch service!

Johny was great and my jeep was done faster and better then expected, plus i was pleased by the bill.
