I was with progressive paying $200 for only car insurance because they were still looking at an accident in which I was not at fault from more than 3 years ago. Then one day, Steven Escobar calls me from this office and tells me he can lower it down to $100, I chose a little bit more coverage, so it ended up being $139 but still, much less then I was paying with progressive. Then I needed to add my sister to the policy, I called him, done. Then I moved by myself and needed to get renters insurance, I called him, done. Which brings me to my next point.

But believe it or not, I liked something else more than the savings. The humanity. I have been with Esurance, Progressive and Geico. Every single time I had an issue or needed to change something I had to call the number that everybody calls to, go through all the options, just to end up with someone new that has to start from scratch looking at my cases or to change something. Someone that doesn't know me and doesn't care, like talking to a robot. I have worked in call centers, so I don't think that is the case, I know that is the case. Not on State Farm, I can call Steve at any time and if he isn't available, he'll return my call and solve my problem or fulfill any request instantly. It's such a breath of fresh air to have personalized assistance with anything insurance wise. If they keep treating me like this, I don't think I will ever switch. I used to think that the slogan was just a marketing stunt, but like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.

Hello everyone...My husband and I are in our 60's. We were fed up with our car Insurance. Every year it kept getting higher and higher. We started shopping around and did get quotes from other companies. But when Austin McWilliams answered the phone it was music to our ears. We explained what we were looking for, what we were paying, and how we were on a fixed income. He knew EXACTLY what we needed. Any and I mean ANY questions we had he answered. Before we hung up we had the Policy we wanted and happy with, and felt like we made friend. Believe us when we tell you Rob Simon and his Group are AWESOME, and will treat you with the respect you deserve. You cant go wrong with them...Thank you Austin ? This is one of the best State Farm Agencies I have ever interacted with. Hope is the best. She is present, responsive, gets you the best pricing and cares. In our first interaction I asked her for assistance with my flood insurance. Now mind you when I asked our last State Farm agent for help they did nothing. Bottom line FEMA was charging us to much money. Within 2 days Hope had this corrected and I saved approx. $250.00. All my policies will go to this agent. Very professional and she does what she says she will do in the timeframe she gives you. Thank you Hope for helping me.

Steven did a great job and was very patient answering my questions about life insurance. I definitely recommend this office.
