I used to take my Subaru to the dealer in Cape May Court House because it's 6 miles from my home. I got terrible customer service so I tried RK Subaru in Vineland, 30 miles from home. I'm glad I did & will never go back to their competitor! Nick in service is the best of the best! He's always been the service writer when I take my Outback in. He always treats me like I'm the most important customer there! Very courteous, polite, professional and accommodating! My last trip in, I showed up first thing in the morning without an appointment due to a warning light that came on the night before. I hoped they would allow me to drop the car off and fit it in sometime in the day. Nick immediately took it in, had the tech diagnosis the problem and had it fixed in no time.
My recommendation is, if you are considering RK or Burke.....RK is the way to go, hands down! RK Subaru is the epitome of excellence in customer service! Their technicians are excellent too!

Let me add, I purchased my car in Oklahoma, just before moving to NJ. RK treats me as though I purchased it from them. Burke Subaru didn't want to be bothered with me since it wasn't purchased from them.

will not stop calling me even after i told them they have the wrong number & the wrong person in general. i'd never buy from them even if i WAS looking for a car because of the harassment.

Definitely one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Dave was so great to work with and I'd buy a car from him over and over again!

Just bought a 2020 Subaru Outback Limited from Rk.
Easy process & easy to talk with. Not only found a better vehicle than I was looking at, they looked again at the loan I was pre-approved for- they beat it.
Definately will be looking there in the future.
