I am absolutely livid with ford. DO NOT buy a vehicle from here. I traded in my truck to get something newer and more gas friendly. My sales lady was amazing and found me a certified pre owned car so that I wouldn’t have any issues. Lo and behold not even THREE DAYS after buying it, it starting making a horrible noise. I called my sales person and she said to just bring it in or make a service appointment and they will “take care of it”. Finally got it in and they told me my bushings were going bad and that it’s almost 4,000$ to fix. They then told me that they weren’t going to cover it because apparently in their system my car isn’t showing up as certified. I told them again it was and it was the only reason I purchased it and they informed me they would look into it and call me back. I still haven’t heard anything back and the problem is getting worse as the days go by. Their service advisor was zero help and I’m still stuck with a brand new vehicle with a big issue. Don’t buy anything from here unless you want to dump more money into a new car and be lied to about it.Report

Worst dealership for repairs! My 2023 has been in the shop multiple times for the same issues and nothing has been resolved. They keep “changing” the same part but the same exact noise is present. Instead of actually getting to the bottom of the issue, a “band aide” is put on until the next problem!Report
