Me and my wife bought a sorento a few weeks ago, worked with Jenna and Carlos. They went above and beyond to help us into our car quick and easy. Really appreciate the service and help we received from them. Jenna did great on the finance side and Carlos got us into our car seamlessly. Great service.Report
We made an appointment to have the windshield replaced. It was 2 weeks before the appointment itself. We pull into the service bay and it takes 20 minutes for anyone to talk to us. Then we were told they don't replace windshields. It took us 2 hours to get to the appointment from our home. In that 2 week period before the appointment, you would have thought someone would have reached out to us. NOTHING!! The service tech who talked to us was almost rude when he said they didn't do windshields.Report
JOY RIDE!!! This Hyundai I purchased is such a joy. What fun, beautiful vehicle. Andrew C. did the right thing showing me this Tucson. He handle us perfectly while closing the deal. Then Jenna D. got us all set up financially. Nick B. in serve so welcoming. Everyone so patient, professional, willing to assist any way they can. Scheduled a recall on the vehicle. When we showed up for our appointment they said they’d have to order the part. They don’t know how to order the part when you make the appointment. I asked for the service manager to call me today. He didn’t. They don’t care! I would like a refund for my prepaid packages so I can’t take my business somewhere else.Report

I've had and loved my Hyundai for just over a year. I can't recommend it enough. If I buy another car, though, I won't be buying it here. I paid for the premium coverage/warranty and haven't needed to use it until now. My car stopped working on Friday morning, and they can't fix it until Tuesday. You'd think this wouldn't be a problem because they'll provide a rental. You'd be mistaken. I was told that since they're in contract negotiations with the rental company, I'm simply out of luck, and now I'm carless for a huge chunk of my holidays. The one time I needed the benefits of a good warranty, I'm just out of luck.Report
Don't go here if you want a Hyundai. The SLC dealership will probably treat you better. I know that at least their service center tends to be less backed up.
