Absolutely fantastic experience. Dane set me up quickly and was very friendly and professional. Alec worked on my car and got me in and out in no time 10/10 recommendations to give these two raisesReport
We were helped from Erin and she was absolutely amazing!! We had such a great experience and they were very helpful to assist us with finding the perfect car!Report
I will never go back to Ken Garff Hyundai Southtowne for service again!! I took my Tucson in for a recall in October of 2023, which went well but I also asked them to check my brakes since we were going on a trip. They came back to me and said the front rotors were cracked and the rear brake pads needed replacing. They quoted a cost of over $800 to perform that service. I declined to have it done and drove home. My husband and I then decided to pull the wheels and inspect the brakes with the help of friends. We found that there was nothing wrong with the front rotors and the pads on the rear had good life left in them. It sure feels as if I was being taken advantage of because I'm a female and would just follow their recommendations. It's really sad that the service department can't be trusted to be honest. They lost a customer for life.Report
Udate 3-2-24 Tried to buy out my lease and they said I had to pay 2000$ for an extended warranty if I wanted to buy it from the dealership. This was never discussed when I originally leased the vehicle and I never signed anything as far as I know to indicate that would be a condition of the lease buy out. I’ve really liked this dealership and the service department but feel like I’m being lied to and taken advantage of so I guess I’ll just do it through the lease company and look elsewhere for my next car.Report
I hate going to car dealerships because of the pushy salesman but Jeff at Ken Garff was awesome to deal with. It took me a couple trips and over a month to make a decision on a car and I texted Jeff a lot with a bunch of questions over the course of that time but he was always happy to answer all of them. He let me test drive a few different vehicles before I actually decided on the Elantra I got and he spent half his day the day I got it to make sure I got the best deal and he even drove about 40 miles round trip to pick up my car from another lot because they didn’t have one on site in the color combination I wanted and at no additional cost to me. He was extremely helpful and friendly and at no time did I feel pressured into buying something I didn’t need or want. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Jeff to anyone looking for a new car.
Experience was great, received a notice in the mail about a safety recall on my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited, the recall was the ABS brakes so I called made the appointment, to fix it, Nick took great care of me right away, made sure the recall was doneReport
Thank You Nick for the great customer care and service
Great sales people, sales managers and cheap prices. EDIT: This place has changed. I bought my car here in 2017 with 20k miles. 3k miles later i came in for a complimentary oil change for buying my car here, and they put 2 tires on my car without authorization.Report
Fast forward to present times and they still cant get service right, i came in mostly for tires and an allignment, after i picked up my vehicle i noticed they didnt put valve caps back on, they ordered a tpms sensor they broke but never mentioned it to me, my tires were over inflated and there was no allignment sheet. They also quoted me $1200 for brakes and while i was doing those myself this last weekend i noticed the most concerning thing of all, I DONT HAVE A SINGLE TOOL MARK ON ANY ADJUSTMENT POINT. So in conclusion no allignment was done.
Don't be fooled by couple salespersons promising you Out-The-Door price that ended up with more than $3,000 at signing. Couple of their salespersons promised one price (Out-The-Door) then their managers written up another price that is more than $3,000 at signing and when we told them that was not the promised out-the-door price then the manager(s) replied that they can't offered at that price. Then should the salespersons just say NO to begin with???Report
