First time using this location. We went in for what we were told would be a couple hours long fix. They told us when to expect it to be done and they’d give us a call before that with an update. We didn’t get that call. When we called to inquire, the main guy helping us had actually left early for the weekend. No one really knew what was going on with our car. Luckily we got it back right as the lot was closing. We were told our car had been through the car wash. There’s no way that’s true. The outside looked dirtier, which was likely from the wind. The whole front of the interior was dusty and dirty. Almost like they left the car open outside and let all the dirt blow in. The steering wheel had dirt all over it that I could feel the whole drive home until I finally wiped it off. We will be sticking with our normal location from now on.Report
The car-buying experience here was awful. They literally do the opposite of what all their billboards say they do. "We hear you"...except at this location where they can't even listen to your question before talking over you and then dodging the question no matter how many ways you ask it and refusing to answer.Report
I bought a car here about 2 years ago and the experience is still bugging me so I'm finally writing a review. They wouldn't answer questions, added a bunch of crap to the price without our consent (which is "normal" for a car dealership) but when we did ask to have it removed when reading the fine print BEFORE signing, they refused and told us we couldn't make any changes. They talked over us constantly and were just difficult to work with, talk to, get info from, etc.
I've bought cars from other dealerships and am not opposed to dealerships but this was an awful experience. The car itself is great. Never buying from Ken Garff at any location again because this location was so awful to work with.
I am a first time car buyer without a co-signer, so I had a complicated situation regarding what car I could get. I got a loan, and Andrew helped me find a great car. He spend 2 hours with me at the dealership going over all of my questions and concerns and even let me test drive cars more than once because I wanted to be completely confident about my purchase. He really was honest, and made me feel safe and secure about the purchase, but didn’t rush me either. I again found a great car, *that was listed as Kenn Garff Certified on the website*.Report
Fast forward to when I picked the car up, this is where my experience took a slight turn. I had an appointment, and waited over an hour after my appointment time to talk to someone close to the two hour mark. When signing the paperwork, the finance guy who was helping me, was talking about warranty’s I could add on since the car didn’t have any warranty/was not garff certefied. I then said, well this car already has a 3 month warranty on it, and it went back and forth. It was very frustrating because he brought in other people that kept telling me the same thing: this car isn’t garff certified and doesn’t have any warranty. I then had to make a big deal, because the whole reason I looked at this car was because it was certified. They ended up adding the certification and warranty onto the contract, but it was very disappointing and felt wrong as if they were trying to get me to buy more warranty.
Overall, I had a great experience, especially with Andrew, but still very disappointed about how the listing said it was certified, everyone told me it was, but when it came time to buy it, they switched up.
The car I bought there was been great. Their service is not very good at all.Report
I bought a 2022 Tucson brand new in 2021 my first oil change they caused the leak didn’t realize it because of the skid plate contain the oil. The second problem I had was they didn’t put the skid plate cover back on when they changed the oil in a different time. It was halfway hanging on the car. I had to fix it on the side of the road. I purchased three oil changes and after that I decided they were not gonna get my business anymore so I asked for a refund on the other two oil changes. It’s been several months. I haven’t heard back from them. Well, I attempted to get another oil change there forgive and forget, right I tried getting an Uber to work. Leave the car there and I was informed that they do not do Uber on an oil change. So needless to say Murdock offers Uber on oil changesReport

Salesman Boo and the Service Department were incredibly helpful. When we returned with a windshield issue, they assisted us immediately—no hassle at all. Really appreciated their prompt and friendly support!
My car was properly aligned until I took it in for an oil change, after that my car was pulling too far to the right, I don't know if they do this on purpose to make you come back and pay for an alignment, but this isn't the first time it's happened to me, plus they were supposed to wash my car and they didn't, bad service!Report
