    If I could leave 0 I would. Honestly if I didn't have a true love for subaru itself this dealership would have 100% turned me away from subarus.

    I put an inquiry online about the touring xt legacy was called next day by Richard. Told Richard I am 100% getting a legacy I just wa Ted to drive the limited or touring to ensure its the motor I was looking for. He assured me no problem anytime will do and I can drive one. I explained I'm tossed up between the touring and limited because of looks and really wanted to see the diffeence.. He said no problem we can have all the ready what time.

    Jump to today I show up a bit early out of excitement legacys my favorite car. Been trying g to find a 05-09 with no avail and thought maybe a new one will be easier and I can still look for my older one. I show up and Robert doesn't even come out. Someone else does asks me what I'm looking for and the. Tells me we don't have anything on the lot. I said so nothing for me to atleast try the 2.4 turbo he said no even tho same motors in the outback and the assent. Didn't even try to help me in any other way but showing me computer stuff even tho I told him I really just want to drive before i buy.

    Glad I wasted my time and now will 100% never buy a car from here. If you can't even make good on your appointments and be honest from the beginning then im sure every other part of the process will be a nightmare.

    I was told I could leave my car and keys there after hours but all the gates were locked. Had to leave my car outside of the gate on a busy street. I'm sure this a great dealership but the information I was given was not accurate and I hope my car is still there for my appointment at 8:30am. Giving you guys 5 stars because I love my outback.

    When I first purchased my Subaru it was like red carpet service! It was fantastic, now with new management that place has gone down, treating people with disrespect, not addressing the issues, minimizing the issues. My husband who was a former new car manager and worked in the automotive service for over 10 years, took my car in today, was early and everyone made sure to tell him he was early. Prior to getting there he was cut off by the service manager at a light, driving like an idiot. Explained that the right front tire had a slow leak, they stated they checked it in the service report and nothing was wrong. I called to ask them about it and they stated because of the weather The tire pressure fluctuates, I understand that but it's been happening since August and it goes from mid 30s down to 26-27 psi and it's the only one that does it. Mr. Jackson stated that is normal, even though weather was warm in August. I know one bad review does not break a business and that's not my intent, I want to see Subaru succeed and I just hope this helps them to make some changes. Please work on improving your quality of business and the way you treat your clients.
