The goal River Ridge Development Authority (RRDA) is to generate fiscal benefits for both state and local governments. The Commerce Center is designed with the community in mind as a socially economically sustainable component that will enhance the quality of life for the people throughout the community. The thoughtful planning and design of RRCC is of significant importance because of its influence on the overall experience as well as the end result of the participants. RRDA made it their goal to develop a “place”, rather than just a “space” that will attract sophisticated manufacturing, distribution and industrial companies from across the nation and around the world that will promote higher paying jobs, resulting in an increase in disposable income which will encourage consumer spending.
