As the decision maker for my Dad, I am more than please with the professionalism and care that my Dad received. I mostly interacted with Summer and Kiersten. They were outstanding especially with communication due to my residence in Nashville.

I am a Healthcare provider, I go in to Rittenhouse Muhlenberg frequently to see patients. The staff are friendly and helpful, they really care about the residents and try to cater to each individuals needs and wants. The collaboration between facility staff and healthcare providers is excellent. Concerns are addressed quickly. The housekeeping staff are always cleaning and keeping the facility looking good. I always feel right at home there and would not hesitate to recommend this facility for care of my loved ones.

We had a good experience at Rittenhouse Muhlenberg. Our Aunt received kind and gentle care. She received good nutrition, plenty of social engagement (bingo with prizes in particular), and the financial arrangements were made easy with help from the accountant and the CareGrove software. Meals were sometimes delivered to her room when needed, she was able to get a hairdresser on site, transportation to medical appointments was provided, and staff checked on her several times per day. Rittenhouse exceeded our expectations.

Rittenhouse does a great job caring for my Mom who is in assisted living care with advanced dementia. All the staff are wonderful to deal with.

My mother has been a resident at Rittenhouse since October of 2022. I visit there several times per week and have met many of the staff members. All of them show respect and a genuine caring for the residents. The facility is clean and the rooms are neat and kept in good condition. I am pleased with the decision we made.

Rittenhouse Village is a wonderful facility. The staff is very friendly and responsive to the residents and families, there are always activities for the residents and my mom says she loves the food.
