This firm was very professional, kind and very detailed in explaining what is going on and will be taking place ... Colleen is fantastic at being very prompt and answering any questions.. I was so impressed with the knowledge, professionalism, & basic human kindness shown by Mr. Ritchie & the office staff, that if there were more stars, I would use them! Last year, my son & I were involved in an accident, when another driver failed to yield. We had no serious injuries, but my vehicle was not driveable, & insurance denied coverage. I realized I'd have to go to court, yet I had no idea how to begin. I called Mr Ritchie, because when I worked for State Farm years ago, he was the only local lawyer that I ever heard claims staff praising as "tough" & "a good litigator." I spoke directly with him on my first phone call, and despite telling me he didn't handle cases like mine, he took the time to tell me - in detail, what I needed to do to proceed on my own, what paperwork I would need, & how to get it. He fielded several calls from me thereafter, & when it became apparent I would have to get a lawyer, he made suggestions as to who I might call. I am forever grateful to him & the office staff for guiding me through such unfamiliar territory. If he will do this in a situation where there was nothing in it for him, I can only imagine the effort he puts forth to ensure his clients are treated justly. Having strong & knowledgeable representation is crucial when you have to go toe-to-toe with insurance companies. I feel confident in saying you will have that with Mr. Ritchie.Report
