This is where we stay in our RV full time, 30 amp. not many know that they rent by the month. They also have a house that is rented and have overnight camping. The bathrooms/ showers are always very clean. In addition to all of this they have a laundry room and guest house for the long term customer..Anybody like to shoot pool?
All right on the South Umpqua River, beautiful and relaxing.
No hotel here!! Just camping and a place to call home for now!!

We love this park! Friendly office staff, easy to navigate, spot overlooking the river, clean restrooms, showers and laundry facility. This is one of our couples getaway parks. Resturants, groceries, and fuel are just across the river in Winston OR.

Backed into a riverside slot. Very roomy! Gorgeous view. Flat gravel. Very quiet park. Clean private bathroom/showers. Friendly welcome staff.|Nearby local butcher shop is a must, as is nearby Wildlife Safari.|It’s our second visit, but we’ll be back!

The park is in a beautiful location, is very nice, clean, and quiet. The staff there are all very nice and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The view of the river from the camp sites makes a very picturesque view. We enjoyed having the geese come down to the water every morning.

Despite the heat, we had an excellent stay here. A special note to those who plan on showing up after hours. The management has a bulletin board outside their office door where they hang your reserved lot information. I wasn't aware of it til the following morning when I went to check in. It has your pass codes to the gate, showers, bathrooms, and for the wifi. Management was super friendly and helpful. She even gave my boys free Popsicles and suckers. So kind of her.
The property is well kept, and the spacing works out just right for pulling in and parking campers.
There trails to the river where we kayaked and fished. We caught lots of small mouth bass, bluegill, and pumpkin seeds.
We even took advantage of the nearby Dutch Bros coffee shop. Yum!

The online reservation web site has you choose your area and site but wants extra money before you check out to insure that you get that site. That is very nit picking for a supposed resort. I went no further an decided this place isn't worth it. I did not stay because I find that process to be insulting.
