Rick Roush Honda

Note that it was a little over a 2 hour drive for me to get to this dealership.
My son and I visited a few weeks ago to look at a CRV. It was not exactly what I wanted and we decided to keep looking. However, during our visit, Antwan listened and knew exactly what I was looking for. He suggested a couple of alternatives while we were there, but neither worked. He was never pushy and truly interested in finding me the best option.
Antwan kept in touch, letting me know he was keeping his eye open for a vehicle for me. Again, never pushy. Very polite and respectful. Last week he let me know he thought he had a great vehicle for me. I hesitated because it was a long drive to get there and back. After driving about an hour to another dealer and not finding what I wanted , my son and I decided to drive to Medina.
I am very pleased with my new car and with the service we received. After the deal was done, he even sat in the car with me , hooked up my phone, and made sure I had a couple of radio stations programmed to listen to on the way home.

I took my Honda Civic in for a recall on the air conditioning. They got me in quickly and had my car fixed within a couple of hours. Very friendly and helpful guys at the service department.

I have dealt with lot of dealerships, but the genuine relationship you find is in Rick Roush Honda, straight up front and transparent. I worked with Antuawn he was Excellent. Keep up the good work!!!

I stopped in for tires and front brakes. Tony and Steven help me out and service was done in a timely manner both were very professional- I highly recommend service at rick roush honda.

TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN! I was just there for my scheduled service and was quoted rear brakes. I didn’t feel like my rear brakes were ready and the advisor kept pushing for rear brakes. He called me multiple times about it. I decided not to have them done and get a second opinion, based on the advice from my boyfriend who works for another car dealership. I was frustrated to learn that I don’t actually need rear brakes for my car, and that I have quite awhile before they need replaced. The second opinion measured at 6mm on both rear brakes. I trust the service techs to be honest with me and felt I was being taken advantage of for being a woman. Right now I do not trust your team to take care of my vehicle.

I understand that you have a great rating, because honestly, without someone telling me to question your tech, I would have done the same. It just goes to show how easily you can get away with being untruthful in an industry like this. In my case, I would have never thought twice to question someone who I presume is an expert in their field. Because someone in the industry was with me at the time, and didn’t think the assessment was correct of my brakes, I chose to decline and get a second opinion.
This is why your rating means nothing to me- I would have just as quickly given a satisfactory review had I not been told to get it evaluated somewhere else. It really just makes me wonder how often this happens without people knowing. When I took my vehicle to the other dealership for a second opinion, I made sure to get pictures, which show the brake pads measuring at 6mm, not 4, as your tech stated. I honestly expected your tech to come back and tell me I needed new tires before I needed new brakes- which would have made a lot more sense to me. He never even mentioned the tires though, but called me several times about the brakes. It felt forced, and he even made it a point to tell me how dire of condition they were in. Again, I understand that you pride yourself on not having complaints, and honestly I haven’t had an issue with Honda I general for the 11+ years that I have been a customer. It wasn’t until I was told to question the recommendation that I even dreamed someone would try to take advantage of my lack of expertise in car mechanics. I’d be happy to sit down and discuss further, and show you the photos I have that were taken just 5 days after your tech’s assessment. Thank you.

Took my daughter's 2021 Honda CRV to have Transmission Fluid changed on July 10th. Today, September 1, I find transmission fluid all over the driveway from her car. Pulled the cover off the bottom and found the transmission drain bolt hanging on by one thread. I took several pictures. Whoever did the service never torqued the bolt down properly. Now concerned if transmission was damaged running out of fluid. Very disappointed and concerned. Be very careful taking your car here for service. They don't even deserve one star, but was forced to put something to post. These CVT transmission are extremely expensive to replace.
