Maintenance is a scam. I went to have our kia sportage looked at when the window stopped functioning. My husband and I had already done some research beforehand but wanted an”expert” to check. I paid the 100 dollars to have it looked at and the guy told me it was the motor AND was going to charge $400 to fix it. I took it back home without getting it fixed because when we researched it, it seemed like the regulator. Also, when I was talking to the guy I had a feeling he was lying. Well, I talked to my husband who still thought it was the regulator so we bought it offline and he watched a YouTube video online and fixed it himself. Guess how much we paid for the part? $100. Waaaay cheaper than what they were trying to charge at Ricart Kia for the WRONG part. I have a feeling they were probably lying because I was a women or they wanted to make money or both. I will never go back or recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed when I went with my wife to buy a new Sportage today. When we told the salesman we would talk it over and be returning a little later, he insisted on getting his boss so he would not get fired for letting us leave. His superior then approached us, asked who would be purchasing the vehicle, which was my wife, and then looked at me and said that he would be speaking to her and that I was not a factor since she is the purchaser. This was so off-putting to me. As a married couple, we make these major decisions together, as most do. We ended up leaving and going to Germain Kia to buy our brand new Kia Sportage.

Had a great experience. Car buying can be painful but the people at Ricart Kia made the experience as efficient as possible.

Very good service. I really like the friendly staff...

Stopped by on a whim to look at a new Kia. Robert Peabody was great, was patient, had all the answers and very easy to work with. Felt no pressure through the whole process and left with a new lease.

Our Salesman Harley was fantastic. Very friendly, professional and did not rush us in any way.He even drove to another dealership to pick up the perfect SUV for us. We highly recommend Harley at Ricart.
