We have no record of any Ryan M ever contacting our company, this was a competitor posting spam. It's unfortunate that Google doesn't remove this kind of spam.

My wife scheduled an appointment to get an estimate. The salesman arrived on time, however, refused to quote us a price and demanded to reschedule the appointment since I wasn't there. Overall, that is just bad business and a lost opportunity for Rhino Shield.

It is standard practice and it is shared with everyone before a meeting is scheduled that all of our complete assessment and customized quotation is provided only when both homeowners are present. There are many companies and individuals in the industry that are using companies time to just get their pricing. We value our appointments and our estimators time and ask in advance that both homeowners are there as was the case in this instance.

In one word, ''nightmare''. The company doesn't have a good leader. Lack of communication , lies and failure to perform up to the standards they subscribe to are the traits of this company. What should have taken 3 days took 7. They had a perfect week to work , but were inconsistent in showing up to work. Their commercial states they start at sunrise but they never came before 11 am. Their supervisor told me it was not possible for them to come any earlier. Therefore, on Sunday they were at my house in my personal space for 12 hours. I like the look of my house . But I just cannot recommend them to anyone else. Hire at your own risk. How they are on Angie's list is beyond me. ''The customer comes first'' is not their motto.

We are pleased that the finished product is acceptable to Mrs.Woodward. Upon completion, the customer signed a satisfactory completion form and apologized for some of the behavior that occurred while we were working on his home. I spoke with Mrs. Woodward on several occasions and repeatedly requested that she not use profane language when speaking with my employees. We do not place a timetable on how long a job should take. The one morning that we supposedly were not there, I called the crew and they were working in the backyard on their screened porch.
