What a great, community business with quality work.

I have had Rhino Shield on my house for four years. Now it has started to peel started to crack needs to be repainted rotted wood. I have been trying to get someone to give me a date that they will come out and repair my house. I have had nothing but run around And excuses why they haven’t been here yet no problem getting them to do the job and take $18,000 but now it’s time to back up their warranty I’ve been at it since April and have had no luck on getting my house serviced

We were slower on our services last year due to covid restrictions. However when we did schedule your service we gave you a weeks notice and you said you were not available because of a vacation. That led your service to be moved down the list. The service was still completed in 2020. Now to root of the problem. Your job was scheduled in 2016 and upon inspection from the crew doing the job you already had rotten and questionable siding. At that time we made you aware and provided a quote to replace the materials. You declined and wanted it painted anyway. 4 years later it had gotten worse so we sent out a service crew that you paid directly to fix the siding and then recoat with Rhino Shield. So with that being said your complaint wouldn't exist if you would've replaced what was recommended at the time of the installation in 2016. Now that this is resolved can we either update the review or withdraw the complaint?

We have never been big fans of our brick and decided to Rhino Shield the entire house. Eric and his crew were phenomenal from start to finish. He and his team always went above and beyond to do an outstanding job. The house looks amazing going from red brick to the new look. Definitely ask for Eric’s crew!

My old paint was cracking and chipping everywhere, having coffee with a friend one day they recommended Rhino Shield. Got home and gave them a call, talked about their service, and Wow does this seem like the best choice. The prices aren't bad at all and this is the most durable, high-quality stuff you can get around here. Amazed.

I get Rhino Shield for all the properties I buy and sell and love explaining it to potential buyers. This company means business and stands by their product, and without even knowing how incredibly durable it is, just looking at it the paint is amazing.

This is an excellent service. I've had to redo my paint one too many times and I'm glad to have done the research and finally found the "end all be all" of products. It looks perfect, and several months later I can't find a single chip!

I love it! A friend turned me on to this product and I had Rhino Shield come out and do my home. They did a great job doing the work on time and leaving no mess, and the house looks amazing. Glad I found them.

After discovering Rhino Shield and doing some research I will never return to traditional vinyl siding. I handle several properties now, and each of them has had Rhino Shield installed without any issues. The company is great with their clients and they offer an amazing quality service. Built to last.
