The house looks great from a distance, but I quickly discovered several issues when I looked closely. In many areas around my home, the old paint was visible, debris was in the paint, flaking and peeling were present, and paint was on window frames and a screen. The measurements for the carpentry in the siding repairs was off by 3/4 inch in one area (filled with caulk), raw MDF was used for trim, and there was missing trim. There was a paint stain in my driveway, a layer of dirt on my sidewalks, and debris in my back yard from the repairs (concrete, caulk, and wood debris). There was overspray on my patio furniture and a pot of my flowers was dead......
The next field manager (Daniel) arrived, with the same painting crew again. I showed him several issues and again asked for a complete re-coat due to the exceptionally poor workmanship. He also said no, they back it with a 25-year warranty. I asked to be reimbursed for the time and effort I had to put into quality control on the project due to the absence of a field manager. He said he was putting his time into it, and I would not be reimbursed for my time and effort. I asked for a lower price with no warranty due to the poor workmanship, and I was denied that request. He also said that I had been extended all available discounts, but he got me $200 in cash (and, in my mind, that made up the discount difference so I wouldn't have to continue to press them about false advertising). He put his team to work and left. I mistakenly assumed that the repairs would be completed that day, so I handed payment in full to the painters when they said they were done.
I later discovered the warranty only covers 5 yeas labor, which means that Daniel engaged in deceitful conduct. There's more to report, but Google limits character quantity. (I sent a full detailed account to Rhino Shield via an email request for a review; it appears that it was not viewed. These are excerpts as a response, and please let me know how I can send it to you)

The work crew were amazing, very professional, cleaned up thoroughly and did excellent work. One concern is the paint is already coming off my window frames out front. I had thought some of the wood would be replace it was not. I would advise, as I am sure you like what this product offers not having to paint, make sure you have wood replaced rather than patched.
The crew completely framed out one of the bathroom exterior windows and it looks great. The crews' lead made sure the sun porch got new screening before they started that area and that made a huge difference.
Having just done this I can not speak to maintenance or how the product holds up yet I can speak about the work crew, high quality work, trust worthy, pleasant and always professional!

The team just left and it was top notch. Arrival on time all days, explanations of work to me daily. Prep (coverings), wash of roof and home, stucco repair, two coats of paint and I also did roof as well. LOOKS FANTASTIC. Julian and Mariella who did the work were wonderful. Inspection around home at end. 25 years of no more paint and a better sealed home from the elements and electrical use reduction too. I hate the look of solar panels so this works! Home improvement so a tax benefit too. Yes it is expensive but, divide the number of times you paint the house and save on electric bill (keep home cooler) it becomes a not brainer. The way this paint goes on it will be at least 30 years before it needs painting and a GREAT value for the home if you have to sell. Nice work RHINO SHIELD.

decided to get my 19 year old house repainted for the first time since it was built. heard the radio ads for rhino shield and decided i should look into it. the quality of the product and the warranty sold me. the crew that painted my house was great, and the entire job was done in two days, much faster than i was expecting... THANK YOU!
