Great job the house looks wonderful.

I am having a difficult time, trying to resolve an issue I have with an application I had in 2017.
It has now been a week since any correspondence has occured. Someone from Rhino came a week ago, did an inspection, took the paint I had on hand. No correspondence since then.

The painting crew came on Monday afternoon to power wash. They painted Tues, Wed and Thursday in extreme heat. Luis and his crew cleaned up everything and put all of the screens, security lights etc. up for us. We are very pleased with how beautiful our home looks. Thank you!!

Just wanted to say thanks to the following Rhino-Shield employees for the professionalism, attention to detail AND attention to the customer. Thanks to Tim for coming out, listening to us, explaining the process, and executing the proposal. More importantly, thanks to Victor, Gregorio, and Enrique for their hard work, working with the customer, ongoing conversations around quality, color, workmanship, etc... Tim, this is a great crew. The house looks amazing, as does the pool area. Proudly display the Rhino-Shield sign in my yard! KUDOS to all!!!!!!!!!

We were trying to get over the experience, but we just can't. We have attached pictures to show different items that still has us besides ourselves over the whole experience. We believe that management is at fault. NOT the workers. If they had true leadership we do not believe this would have gone so horrible. Started out 3 hours late the first day, and I have to walk the job with the painters and show them everything. I was unaware I was going to have to be the project manager. We then had concerns after 3 days of them being onsite and they had not prepped everything. I reached out to management, and they only said that they will take care of the minor issues when they were done. We had them back two different times after the original 10 days they were there, and it only got worse. I finally paid them to leave our property. You will see pictures where they did not fill in the nail holes on the NEW wood that we had for trim around the windows and doors. They had another crew come out and the pictures shows how they left it. ALL over the house, it was never sanded down so we have blotches all over our trim now. They do not seal all areas of the home, they are not in the business to do patch work on stucco I am guessing as well? Many other issues, but the worst part is them thinking that it was ok to dig a hole by our cactus and dispose of their paint cleaning. They did not leave the jobsite clean at all. For three times as much in price for "the other guys" It has been the most disappointing experience by far!!!

Rhino shield did an amazing job, they just recently coated my entire home in Glendale! They made this processes a breeze, communication was great. Never paint again!

Rhino shield installed there coating on my house in North Scottsdale, and it turned out amazing, I am very satisfied with manager, Daniel, and crew leader, Jesus, they both went above and beyond in the process. It was hard to take the time to do the project, but I'm so happy I finally did it.

Crew (found out after work was being done were sub contractors) did a good job. Crew chief Rael was very responsive to the color issues. The color to be matched by the Rhino Shield supply department that was to match the color (a talking point of the salesman) was to be based off a Dunn Edwards pallette. Original color sent wasn't even close. We dealt with the crew chief (again a subcontractor) and heard nothing from Rhino Shield directly. Eventually found a color closer to what we were needing to match per HOA requirements.

The only other issue was the cost factor. Hopefully I'll see some value in the long term, because I see little difference in the work performed from a standard paint job.

I had a positive experience with Rhino Shield. My only complaint was with the cleanup process afterwards, but they came back to fix it up so I am overall satisfied with my experience. Amber was very attentive and was very good at helping me with every step along the way.
