I had problems with my solar panels which had been installed years back by another company which went out of business. I contacted Revolusun to see if they could resolve. While it did necessitate a few visits, and arguably that could have been solved sooner, I nonetheless highly command Revolusun for keeping at it and for the quality of their customer service. Ashley was awesome. The technicians who came were knowledgeable, competent and very professional.
I highly recommend using Revolusun and passed the word to all my neighbors

Excellent customer service, quick responses to all my questions. Quick quality installation, and I'm so happy with with my 18 solar panels and Tesla power wall 2 battery. My wife and I both work all day, and we the AC every night, and all day on weekends- once the battery is charged, the rest of the energy my panels produces feeds the grid, which I get money back for from my utility. My average monthly electric bill has been $26 (the minimum). Go with Revolusun, and you will win at life

I had a pretty terrible time with this company. I understood the long wait for approvals from the state and there were issues with timing of the construction of our house. However, the lack of contact and responsiveness from the company was so abysmal, we had tons of problems.

First, lack of any follow-up. You'd have to basically hound the company for any update, resend documents, and they would often forget what was sent, signed, even when you give them literal months of time to get back to you.

Second, we requested to increase the panels but they neglected to educate us on the need to upgrade the inverter! So we spent thousands more on panels that did not result in more energy. We basically max out on production at 10 and flat line till 2 pm! We basically lose out on dozens of
Kilowatt hours daily! This is probably the most egregious lapse.

Last, when they hooked up, we didn't have a two way meter from HECO, so we were actually being charged for energy SENT to HECO, because revolution didn't follow-up, or check that we had the right meter before starting it up. When we asked about it they had to turn off the system, so then we had no solar for several more months. The other reason this took so long is because they didn't coordinate with the construction company on completion of our house, so they did everything at the last second and didn't inform HECO to set up our meter until after our house was completed.

This was despite us calling them and letting them know the house would be ready soon. It wasn't until a frantic call after no contact telling them the house was nearly ready and had any appointment or follow up been made did they even start to move. Again, losing money after shelling out tens of thousands of dollars.

Basically, we wasted tons of money with this company and in the end we're not satisfied at all. They tried to "make it right" promising all sorts of things, but, again, never followed up on any of their empty promises.

In the end, I really regret not going with another company. Even though revolusun were so slow to contact us, we kept on thinking we put so much time and energy into this company we can't go back. But , that's dumb and their terrible performance in the beginning should've been a big red flag at the start. Don't let sink cost fallacy make you regret this because EV panels cost us over 50k. Find someone else to assist you with your solar needs.

Kevin took care of us thru this process as if we were family. I could not asked for better communication or service. This company is great and we love our solar. The most amazing part still remains the personal excellence of service we received.

Alton and Kekoa arrived 15 minutes prior to my appointment. From start to finish, these 2 professionals advised me of what was going to be accomplished from taking before/after photos of panel cleaning and Reconnecting my monitoring system. Hands down, they did an Outstanding job and also ensured that any mess was cleaned up before they left. Alton and Kekoa, Thank You for what you do each and every day and for Representing Revolusun very well.

Recently completed a solar install. RevoluSun was outstanding in all aspects of design, installation and implementation. Julian Ritchey explained the entire process in a straightforward way and delivered as promised. We are very happy with this purchase.

From my first call inquiring about solar panels, prices, benefits etc. Ian was very informative, helpful and honest.
