Fees were paid on 10/15/21. As of 10/21/21; they still have not mailed off my needed documents.

I was told, "we don't know who signed for the documents and we may have returned to sender and your documents aren't allowed; but said others have had boxes/packages delivered and given to clients without a problem; so my paper documents should not be a problem, etc".

I asked them, "if you are saying real estate documents are not allowed, why didn't you just send them back to sender or to me, since I paid the fees?
When I started "complaining"- I was told I -"had the option to self print". To be clear: If I could have gotten away with turning in copied documents and not the originals- I would not have paid $19.00 for them to mail them to me, etc.

They told me, when the mailing department gets round to mailing my "non priority documents"- that's when I will get them. Time is/was of the essence.
I checked my account, right before posting this: Items still have not been mailed off.

I read and reread their website and printed off their words, giving me the impression "they handle legal documents of any kind and that they mail documents in a timely ethical manner- etc". So what's the problem with doing what's right by me?

Building my business brand is a learning process for me. I expect a few road bumps- when it comes to providing quality customer service. I take accountability for needing to use their company. Building bridges ain't easy, when others don't want to do their job.

I could be wrong- but to me their actions seem personal.
I recorded every conversation, with them.
I hope the manager that told her representative; not to forward the "unacceptable certified mail", etc..will treat people as she claims to on her website. But again, I was told, they are not responsible for what a third party site offers under their name-

I have been dealing with Wes and he has been so helpful, he even offered to go in to my accounts with them and make the changes! Thanks so much for all the help!

I switched to this company from "IncFile. IncFile charged me a late fee even though they gave me a receipt showing payment dated before the due date on their notices. They did not respond to phone calls or emails and my Bank's Fraud department actually made the refund when I presented the evidence. IncFile refused to correct the error even then and even sent a filing to the Secretary of State listing my company publicly as delinquent. Only after I sent all the documentation and voice recordings to the State Police suggestion fraud and perjured documents did Inc File admit their "error" and make the public corrections leading my company to be in "good standing" and to receive the "good standing" certificate. It seems to me it would be hard to screw up filing a few pieces of paper anywhere, anytime but this company also answers the phone, returns emails, is pleasant and charges a lot less.

Very responsive and helpful. Online services are easy, great customer service and quick response by email as well.

Never answers the phone
