This is actually scary, as it seems my previous negative review was deleted. There is no need to pay (even a small fee) for a company to report your payment history to credit bureaus. Paying your bills on time consistently will do the trick (i.e. earn you a high credit score), and it's unfortunate that companies are legally allowed to set up "free" reporting (as part of rental contracts) that later turns into a "small monthly fee" for a service you do not need to start with. This is basically legalized fraud.

Hi Heidi, Thank you for your thoughts. We are not able to delete negative reviews on Google - we actually value this feedback. Many residents are not able to have their rental payments reported to the credit bureaus without a service like RentPlus (unfortunately rental payments are not an automatic trade line for credit bureaus). We work really hard to make sure we are prioritizing residents' financial wellbeing through our services, and apologize that your expectations were not met.

We rolled out Rent Dynamic's Rent Plus program several years ago and have been happy with the resident feedback and participation. Our representative, Bezait, is fantastic, to say the least. She engages with our teams regularly to check in and provides training where needed. Bezait is quick and accurate in her response to our needs. Rent Dynamics is a great partner and I highly recommend their services.
