Omg very beautiful hotel the shuttle driver are so amazing. And the food at the bar area was so good. The looby was so beautiful the Christmas decorations I loved I'm not able to be home for the holidays so it was just beautiful to see. The rooms were big the bed was so comfortable after working 14 hr shifts just what I needed

This hotel is definitely 6 stars. It truly is a breath of fresh air, to see a hotel that still cares about cleanliness. The decor of the hotel is absolutely awesome! Marquitta & Audra are the best, in customer service. They are both fast & efficient. The shuttle transportation is timely. We have to stay there again!

DO NOT BOOK HERE VERY NEW & MEDIOCRE. Customer service is horrible. Parking is horrible. Shuttle services horrible. I also spoke with a representative name Markita, her service skills were horrible I do not understand. Literally yelling at me through the phone, ofcourse, I played the nice role so she could provide me her name but ugh. You guys should have waited to open to the public if you did not have the proper staff to provide excellent service. I am extremely disappointed!
