My recent stay at Delta Hotels Philadelphia Airport was nothing short of exceptional. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail.

I was particularly pleased with the early check-in, which was a huge convenience after a long flight. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed.

I want to give a special shout-out to Ruhane, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. Their professionalism and kindness were truly commendable.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Delta Hotels Philadelphia Airport and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area.

First they gave us a room that was already occupied. The second room they gave us smells so badly of mildew it's barely habitable. Bed still had hair in it. The fire alarm went off not once, not twice, but THREE times during our single night stay. We were hoping to get rest for our early morning flight since the hotel is so close to the airport. This place looks nice on the lobby but don't be fooled.

I came to Philadelphia for my brother funeral. Paid for lake view, had the view of a roof. Ants everywhere, everyday. Dirty glasses & lids. Did not vacuum. Did not take out the trash, had to sit it outside. Would not change my room. Told I had to speak with the person who checked me in, and I could not remember who checked me in. I purchased 2 rooms with a lake view. My daughter tells me she did not have a lake view either.||Thanks for adding to my stress/anxiety during a time of mourning. Shameful.

Our room was super spacious and a great layout. They have a ice machine, snack machine and a water bottle refiller. The breakfast at the lounge was excellent! Thank you to Michael Ellison for his wonderful service to us the entire time we stayed. We appreciate you!

The room was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious with a sitting area included. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were worth taking home! The staff was very friendly from the shuttle driver to the front desk clerk to the staff at the lounge. The food was excellent, having tried the eggs and the French toast to the oatmeal. Came for a weekend away and found this to be a great spot, close to the airport with enough public transportation to not have to worry about renting a car. Great view of the city from our window also worth mentioning. Definitely was a good choice on my part and I would recommend 10 out of 10 times!

Dear Marriot Management

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my recent stay at this property, which, unfortunately, was the worst experience I’ve had in over a decade as a loyal Marriott member. Having stayed at numerous Marriott hotels worldwide, I have always associated the brand with exceptional service and a high standard of hospitality. However, my experience at this hotel fell far below these expectations.

From the moment I arrived, I was met with an unacceptable level of service at the front desk. The representative I encountered was not only lacking in basic customer service skills but was also outright rude. When I requested complimentary water, which is a common courtesy at most Marriott properties, I was curtly informed that I would be charged for it. To add insult to injury, I was then told to drink from the water fountain on the floor if I wanted water without charge. This response was both dismissive and absurd, particularly for a guest who has shown loyalty to the Marriott brand for over ten years.

This experience has left me questioning my loyalty to Marriott and whether this is the standard of service I can expect moving forward. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address the issues I have raised to ensure that future guests do not encounter the same subpar experience.

LOVE that! actually it seems like all the guests loved it.|He was very busy and kept everyone smiling.|Elana compliments the two by making sure we are all set and delivers our orders. |Hats off to the chef, great amount of food, and good! |One of the best service I have had in a long time.
