Room was comfortable, however needed some paint TLC in the bathroom.

Outdoor pool and patio was inviting, pool was too cold for this time of year, although the hot tub was perfect!

The onsite lounge was difficult to get service. I waited 20 minutes before I was noticed and others were served before me.

I was with a group of people, the bartenders seemed overwhelmed and actually one of them told the other to take my drink order. I waited again for a long time for my drink. I had ordered for both my friend and myself because the bartenders seemed to overlook or ignore her too.

Then the bartender and the other bartender simultaneously brought us our drinks. Now I have two drinks sitting in front of me… the laws must be different in California because most states only allow you to have 1 drink at a time.

I was a little confused why I now have 4 drinks ???? between my friend and myself.

The bartender was a little offensive, he definitely pressured me asking who was paying for all 4 drinks when I only ordered 1 for each of us.

I graciously just told him to put it on my bill. ????. It was a lot of liquor and probably should not have been served that much especially at once.

Was there for a conference. The rooms and food were top notch. What stood out was the above the top help from Gordie the concierge to find a spa day. All staff were helpful and served with a smile.

I am currently staying here and the hotel overall has been fine but the rooms are so warm and the ac doesn't work. We left for a few hours and came back to an 86 degree room. When we left it was 74. This is really unacceptable. I haven't been able to sleep because of it.
