Reserved and paid for a junior suite and when we got to the hotel we were asked if we were part of some party going on. We said no and they ended up putting us in an executive suit. This was fine we didn’t complain. Then halfway through our 3 night stay we had a knock on the door with manager telling us we had to move but he had a better room. The room was supposedly the same size but the couch was half the size didn’t have the extra in either rooms. Also the first room had a window to let light in the living area this one did not. The excuse we were given was it had to be deep cleaned when the excuse at the door was because of noise. In the end we were forced to moved all of our stuff 3 floors and ended with a dark room. When we complained the manager just said it’s a better room and we will give you free breakfast. They had already done that when they gave us the wrong suite when we arrived. If you are going to do that someone you could at least offer them a higher room. I know the next room was a presidential suite but the manager made us feel like we were less of a guest because he kept saying it had to be deep cleaned for the next guests. Don’t waste your money the hotel is nice but after this experience I will choose another brand. I’ve never been offered less than I paid and then forced to move at dinner time. We had plans that ended up getting ruined with the moving.

Great if you're into BDSM. There was an annual spanking party taking place at this location. Absolutely unprofessional for the hotel. The elevators were in constant use between floors 1 and 3. People cut in front of you at the overcrowded elevators. The group clearly has more than one issue.

Sat there in the lounge at the Renaissance R Lounge and was totally ignored! Was going to see how long it would actually take to get service, but I figured I'd be a corpse if I waited any longer. After almost an hour, I decided 1. The bar sucks and 2. I would not stay here again. LAME!

I’m on a business trip, and this is my first time in Dallas. I was supposed to work in office, but couldn’t due to unforeseen circumstances. I just want to thank the front office for letting me take up a table in the corner, set up a monitor, and let me work even while preparing for an upcoming event at the hotel. If that doesn’t speak to the customer service here, I don’t know what will!
