HORRIBLE Experience! I traveled from Florida to Ohio, had issues with the flight so we ended up getting there at 11 pm. It was me and my two daugthers (7&9) and the had 3 friends come over. We were eating pizza, and had a 6 pack of beer..we were talking, we are cuban, Puerto Rican and Venezuelan, we are a little loud, but had no music, no party, just eating, talking, laughing. My two daugthers took a shower, ate, watched a little bit tv and went to sleep, in the separate room while we talked and laughed in the living room space. My daugthers were able to go to sleep with us talking, however apparently the next door neighbors kids were extremely sensitive or SPECIAL, as it seemed to bother them. He came to knock on our door twice. Then called security, to whome I explained and showed we were not doing anything other than talking. My friends were not planning on staying there, there were about to leave when security told me to pack and leave and threatened me to call the cops, as if we were delicuents. Neither of us have criminal records, nor have we ever had such a horrible experience. They made us wake up my daugthers at 4 am, in the middle of the cold weather as if the neighbors kids were more special than mine, and I believe they was ONLY BECAUSD WE ARE HISPANICS! I was not staying there for free, I was a paying customer like thr other guy. If it bothered him he could either move to another room, or if his kids are overly sensitive they can rent an AIRABNb! I felt offended and humiliated! Needless to say, they did not even returned out money, even when We only stayed there for a few hours, so they are also thieves!
If you can find another hotel in the area, go for it. First of all, I was in town for a wedding and I was upcharged to be apart of the block. Second, they insisted on charging me 28$ a night for parking when my car was never there; they let some random person just put their car on my bill which is unacceptable. Third, the layout of the rooms do not make much sense. Fourth, when I brought up the parking issue to the staff upon check-out, they did not believe me. It took my husband saying something for them to look into it. After I brought up the issue, the staff seemed annoyed and irritated. Last of all, the restaurant staff was a little too friendly to my young niece. He touched her a couple of times and got close to her and it made my brother-in-law extremely uncomfortable.Report
Decent. While this place does seem quite clean and the staff is extremely kind, I was put off by quite a few things. Firstly, we couldn't park our own car and HAD to use the valet service to park at the hotel. This was frustrating considering i couldn't access my vehicle when needed and would have to call for my vehicle just because I forgot something in there. For being as nice of a hotel as this is supposed to be, I was fairly surprised to see that there is no complimentary internet unless you are a bonvoy member. All of the furnishing besides appliances seemed to also be fairly outdated.Report

Room was quiet with a very comfortable bed, the staff were very friendly (Kevin at the bar was an absolute delight!), all in all a great place to stay.Report
Very nice on the inside rooms are awesome depending on which room you get. Love how happy the ppl are there from the customer service desk all the to the housekeepers. They are all about making you welcomed and comfortable ?Report
Most people were nice. The place is very pretty inside. I went for the Marine Ball and overheard a staff member's side comment that weren't overly nice but overall as a whole it's a pretty place. Can't speak to the rooms, we didn't stay there. Just the entry, downstairs bar and 2nd floor ballroom.Report
