We had a satellite dish fall off our roof making a decent size hole. We called Reign Roofing and they had someone out the next day. They were able to match our shingle color and repair all in a couple of hours. The roofer was super friendly and knew what he was doing. We have already scheduled them to do more maintenance on our roof.

We chose Reign Roofing to replace our 15+ year old roof (due to a bad hail storm) under our homeowner’s insurance policy. We interviewed 4 highly rated roofing companies in the Houston area and ultimately choose Reign Roofing. Freyer (Sales Rep Manager) came out to meet with us. Freyer was very knowledgeable about everything roofing and was incredibly honest and considerate. He took the time to answer all of our questions and even met with our insurance adjuster to make sure that process went smoothly. Freyer brought over multiple samples to help us choose the best roof color for our home (which we really appreciated). He went above and beyond what any other sales representative would have ever done for us. Jeremy (Owner) met us on the day of installation and walked us through the whole process. Our roof had multiple plywood replacements needed (due to dry rot) which were all completed quickly and successfully. The Reign Roofing cleanup crew was amazing and thoroughly cleaned up our front, side and back yards. Jeremy also took care of the entire insurance claim process without incident. We have heard horror stories from friends and neighbors regarding getting their roof replaced. We were so pleased that our roof replacement went so smoothly and without any hiccups. We would highly recommended Reign Roofing, Freyer and Jeremy for any and all of your roofing needs. Reign Roofing recently replaced our roof, and we couldn’t be happier. They removed the old roof and replaced everything in one day! One Day!! And their clean up afterwards was outstanding and so thorough! Great roofing company, 5 star experience. Concerned about storm damage and roof integrity and Reign checked out my roof then worked with insurance and inspectors to facilitate a speedy process. They came out to meet the inspector and walk the roof with them to confirm the damage. Extremely knowledgeable and very easy company to work with.

The day of replacement went smoothly with great communication beforehand. My wife works from home and they offered her temporary office space to be away from the noise. Reign has a dedicated clean-up crew working along the roofers to get shingles, nails and any debris during the process. They carefully covered my pool and didn't get any materials in it as well as installed bags in all my downspouts for later debris that will come down during rain.

Couldn’t have been better. From paperwork to personal attention from sales to ownership everything was perfect! No problems! Workmanship and care to my property was exceptional. Other companies should use Reign Roofing as their model. Great experience!!

Matt and Jeremy took great care of us. They handled all the insurance work and did exactly what they said and when they said. I couldn't believe that they could do my whole roof in just one day. I went to work as they were arriving and when I came home, all their stuff was gone, the brand-new shiny roof was complete and looks great. You couldn't even tell they had been there. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs. Great job, guys.

The Reign roofing crew went above anything I expected from a roofing company. They had professional, nice-looking equipment, including shields to protect our landscaping. They also took care to protect our pool during the process as well. As luck would have it, just as they finished removing the old shingles, we had a rain downpour. They worked quickly to cover the entire roof with plastic, and we had no leaks. (They even went over to a neighbor’s house to help a different roofing company’s crew get their roof covered.) Although the roofing process is inherently messy, they were meticulous in cleaning up afterward, including using a magnet to collect any stray nails from the grass and patio area. I highly recommend.
