This company knows manufacturing tech. We are in aerospace and can count on them for absolutely everything. They know ERP, integrations, production floor, and are available every hour of the day. I used to get calls to my cell from the late shifts and that is a thing of the past. Plus, things just work.

I've dealt with Refresh since they opened over 20 years ago. They've always treated me well and fairly. I've worked with Bob, Stu and Fae the longest. Dev has been a great addition and has become my go-to for support, as others advanced in the company. They've always looked out for me and acknowledged my loyalty even though they have much larger and far more profitable customers. Thanks Folks!

Refresh is great! We just recently had our WiFi equipment updated through Refresh and they solved all of our issues. We were using equipment that was provided by our internet provider and were having several connection issues in our salon. I reached out to Refresh and they were very responsive, kind, and made us feel confident about the service that we would receive. They visited our shop, looked at our equipment, and knew exactly what to do. They answered every question I had and once everything was installed, the internet was immediately 10x better than what it was previously. The staff at Refresh are very professional, personable, and helpful. We are excited to be working with a tech company that follows up and knows what they are doing. Thank you!
