Love this company! Refined Exterior’s is a very professional, qualified, and courteous business. They did exactly what they said they’d do and did it in a timely fashion. Their crew showed up seven days in a row exactly when they said they were going to show up, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up! I secured a 100% pass grade/rating on my final inspection, so the mortgage company and the insurance company were both pleased. I am so grateful for their honesty, Integrity, and quality of work. I’m also saving $1,000. a year on insurance with the high impact roof. Thanks guys!!!

Keith did a great job for us as we purchased our new home. He came out and inspected the roof the next day, pointed out issues and worked with the home sale to have it replaced before closing. We would highly recommend Refined Exteriors to anyone in need of any roofing work.

Refined Exterior installed new James Hardie siding on my house in Conifer, CO. I found Refined Exterior on the James Hardie contractor list. This contract included 6" lap siding on the house with JH board and batten on 2 gables. Mark ( Sales ) and Ben ( Project Mgr ) saw to my project. The installation looks great. The lap siding lines up on the inside and outside corners. JH trim installed around all windows and doors with flashing. All joints were caulked. All bottom edges were nailed down if needed. I am very pleased with the installation.
They also contracted out and saw to excellent work on my stone work. I would use Refined Exteriors again.

I retained the services of Refined Exteriors to replace the decades old siding on our house. In short, they were a godsend. First, there were 2 site visits prior to demolition. They established and adhered to a schedule that de-conflicted any and all other work I had happening at the time. Equipment and the dumpster was delivered the day prior and work started as scheduled. Second, they identified and fixed some pretty egregious issues with my home. Third, they kept me updated on any schedule delays or any milestones that couldn't be met. Once complete, we established a punch list and they corrected all items in a timely manner. While they were not the least expensive company I received bids from, they were easily the best value for my money. Their siding crew was super efficient and extremely attentive to details which is something that seems to be the exception rather than the norm these days with contractors. I cannot recommend them more. And honestly, if you do decide to retain the services of someone else - good luck. They have a 4.9 rating for a reason.

Refined Exteriors replaced our siding & gutters and did a fantastic job. The quality of the work is top-notch, and the crew was efficient without cutting corners. It made our 42-year-old house look brand new.

We did a ton of shopping around and while RE wasn't the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive, even compared to a few companies that only do vinyl siding. Marc & Ben were great to work with throughout and made sure everything was done the way we wanted it to be. We're very happy all in all and highly recommend them.

We replaced our old vinyl siding with James Hardie siding through Refined Exteriors. They were amazing! Very professional, great crews and our house is like brand new. They were upfront with all costs and gave us a very competitive bid. Work was clean and on schedule. They also did gutters and gutter guards for the house. Marc and Ben were great to work with and would recommend this company to everyone!

Refined Exteriors helped me on two properties and were able to devise solutions that best suited my needs. There was no up-sell hidden costs just straight forward professionalism and competence. I would highly recommend.

We needed a review and estimate of some roof and siding issues found on our home inspection report. Everyone at Refined Exteriors was very helpful and understanding of the situation. (We needed information fast in order to keep with our closing schedule.)

Marc was able to provide a thorough assessment in hours. He was clearly very knowledgeable but explained everything well enough for us average home owners to understand.
