Redding Kia is the best! They’ve always taken great care of my car. I’ve gotten new tires, windshield wipers, and any time there’s been a recall they’ve dealt with it quickly. The service department has excellent costumer service. I highly recommend Redding Kia.

Terrible experience with my 2023 kia repair. vehicle has the death wobble in the steering they keep saying it does that but the crazy thing it never done it before when I bought it of the lot tell recently.now it goes left or right does what it want which is scary seeing how this is my wife car for our newborn and they clearly dont care about safty..but it ok i'm done with them i gave everything to my lawyer including video and work orders that prove the car unsafe which he filed against them..see you in court....word of advice stay away from kia in less you only want your car to last 65k miles...plus getting anything done at kia is a headache with long waiting period

Update vehicle having electrical problems now with the on-board Diagnostic that used to check overall vehicles health from engine to transmission and anything In between I paid a lot for this vehicle to just have problems stay away from kia

Got my car service last year and they lost the engine cover. They refused to replace it

I hope people read these reviews, because it easy to see how bad Kia's service has gotten in the last year. My wife brought her car in for a scheduled oil change, which took over an hour. A few weeks later, I notice an oil leak coming from the splash guard under her car. I take her car into my mechanic the next day, and he shoots me the picture attached to my review: they didn't tighten the oil drain plug when they did the oil change. That is absolutely ridiculous. We could have had a ruined engine instead of just a ruined splash guard and a mechanic's bill. And for those of you who get the "call the service manager" reply from owner, it is garbage. You'll call and are asked to leave a message or be on hold forever, to the point you hang up. We have been Kia customers since 2014. No more.

Went to get my oil changed here… engine light on only AFTER oil change. Called and left VM immediately- no return call. Called again and left VM. They returned the phone called but wanted to charge close to 200 dollars for diagnostic when it clearly happened during oil change. Not good business.

Kia of redding is not a reliable service facility we waited 3 hours for an oil change recall and an electrical issue diagnosis for the techs to say that the front brakes were a #3 needing immediate replacement and rears a #4. Well the next day same car and brakes checked by our local les schwab to be told the brakes are at 4 and 5 and are safe to drive. Be carful folks

Brought my wife’s vehicle in for recall and warranty work. Was quoted at 2 hours max to complete the work. It’s now going on close to 4 hours. I’m now being given a ride home and they are keeping the vehicle all weekend. What a mess this place has become. If you plan on bringing your vehicle here, good luck getting it back on time. SAD
