Very caring and friendly staff that truly care about their patients. I've been coming here for about 2 weeks now and have been seeing huge changes in my life. Would recommend to anyone going thru a drug or alcohol addiction.

This program saved my life!. They do not force a one sized fits all approach like AA does in my opinion. What works for you works for you. They fully support you with a team of doctors and therapists. It is by fqr the best place and nicest place in Long Island.

I like it here because there's good people they help me out.

VRP made a HIPPA violation by issuing information that I did not request and sent that information to another party. My request was specific and was for my personal use and when I confronted them about it, they tried to justify their actions. I then told them that I was filing a complaint and was discharged because they said that was a threat. I never felt they were there to help me but instead I felt they worked against me. I am a service connected veteran who was there through a community care referral from the VA. If you are looking to get better, stay far away from them, especially if you are a veteran. I am working with the VA now to take them off the list for community partners. The chief medical officer called me and tried to justify his staff's actions. This place does not honor your privacy.

This is the greatest outpatient program ever, not only do they help you get clean and stay clean ,they also help you with your mental state and your everyday life situations, anything they can help you with they will . The staff is super amazing and you will get plenty of reminders of up coming appointments. Not only are they helpful they are polite and super friendly, not only do I feel as if I have a great outpatient program , I also believe they are a great support system as well: I would like to say thank you to everyone whose worked with me from Robert who just left working with them to Brie, Dorothy , Lynn, Joan , Colleen, Christina , Lee and anyone else that I missed I'm sorry to many great ppl in this place, but without all you guys idk where I would be today thank you all for guiding me down this road it means a lot to have this office in my corner rooting me on .

I'm not sure where to even start! where would i be right now without Victory and the people who work there?! If you need help with ur addiction this is the place you want to be.. The people are absolutely amazing .. and i don't just say that about anyone.. my therapist is the bomb.. even when we don't have a session she calls just to check on me.. they do everything in their power to help you in any situation .. i canNOT thank them enough for always having my back the way they do.. i've been with them since before they opened victory and i honestly wouldn't want it any other way.. i'm not just writing this to boost their ratings or any of that.. this message is from the heart.. and i truly LOVE all of you for all that you do for me and continue to do!! #TeamVictory
