Rebound Behavioral Health

My dad was a patient here. He got the treatment he needed but when it came to discharge planning and communication they were horrible! They discharged him with what I thought was his prescription for the pharmacy. When we got to the pharmacy they later called to say that it wasn’t on an appropriate state regulated form. I’ve been on the phone with that that day to see medication no one answered or bothered to call back. My dad then has had 3 panic attacks because he doesn’t have his medication. I’ve been on the phone with them since 8 in the morning to get them to answer and call back the pharmacy. It is now 4 hours in counting and they say they are still working supposedly working on it! At this point I’m about to drive all the way back to Jacksonville Florida where I live not knowing if he’s going to have another mental breakdown. Being in the health care field,As a nurse, myself this is very frustrating and I don’t feel like they care about their patients that go there to seek help!

Rebound was a very beautiful and very helpful place to be at, everyone there made it feel like you were at home and not a rehab. I also loved the fact that all the councilors and even the CEO were recovered addicts in one way or another, which was good cause they could really understand where we are at in our recovery. The only thing I would change is the food it was ok but not terrific but I was there for recovery not food.

It was difficult to even give this one star! This place its like amateur hour, it must be run by 3 year olds, you cannot get a hold of anyone they never answer the phone! Today for instance I tried calling from 11am until 9:30pm 4 times an hour noone picked up the phone! This is neglect as far as I am concerned and I will be asking the Governor's office of the State of South Carolina to investigate this apittimy of an business.

Staff was very rude and would literally tell us to not come back cuz we ask to many things. The only one their that was nice was Mrs. Abby in the beta ward SHE DESERVES A RAISE!!!!!!

Worst place I have ever been in my life. The staff were rude, uncaring and prejudice. Dr Larson was unprofessional and she is a pill pushing witch and this is being nice. They forced me to take medications I didn't want to take just to get out of there. They mix the substance use disorder people with crazy people who scream all day and night. I felt very unsafe here. They have everyone doped up with the same exact medications. They were Zoloft, Abilify, and Lamictal. These medications have terrible side effects and because I refused them they kept me longer. They force people down and give them 3 shots of Haldol, Benadryl and something else. They break HIPPA law everyday. I had to agree to take meds just to get out of there. Now that I am home I am having side effects getting off just 2 days taking those 3 medicines. I am having nightmares. The doctors diagnosis was completely incorrect and she was telling me how I feel. DO NOT GO HERE. This place should be shut down. The state should be ashamed to run such a terrible facility.

Staff is extremely rude and indifferent to patient care. This location resembles a prison more than a mental health facility. If I could rate lower than one star, I would. One of the worst experiences in my entire life. Management should be ashamed.
