I enjoy working here and the people I work along with on night shift!

A GREAT STAFF OF POSITIVE, CARING, AND COMPASSIONATE INDIVIDUALS THAT TAKE PRIDE IN MAKING SURE THE PATIENTS ARE GETTING TOOLS AND INFORMATION THEY NEED TO FUNCTION DAY TO DAY.

I have worked at Rebound for about a year and a half. I enjoy working here and can see myself here long term. My coworkers are amazing and we have a great work environment. There is opportunity for growth as well.

I am suing this company. My mother was admitted here, while she was there the staff was vulgar and insensitive toward her, I called and asked to speak to a doctor everyday for a week and a half and no one ever spoke to me other than a tech. If a family member is put here, I suggest relocation. POS hospital

I went here a few years ago (4 at most) so none of this is exactly recent. But I still think its something that must be said. I went here willingly but was kept there and told I didn't.
On my first day while I was being brought in and while haveing my info taken i was told by a staff member that other people have it worse. It was said under their breath. We were made to stand against the wall at probably 7? In the morning. I only talked to the therapist once in my whole 1 week stay and it was short and just a simple hey is the medicine working. During short little anger workshops we were told to be silent or walk away when faced with arguments. Let me make this clear we were told to shut down and do nothing or walk away from it. To this day I still follow this way of conflict resolution.

Working at Rebound Behavioral Health has been a great experience. I believe with the current leadership in place Rebound is on track to accomplish great things in the community and be a definite competitor for other behavioral health facilities in the region.

Only been dealing with for a couple days and so far the staff has been rude and has the knowledge of a middle school student. I drove 2 hours to drop of clothes and was refused visitation but numerous vehicles in visitor parking spaces. Spoke with what was said to be a nurse who could care less what medication the patient was on or that the person is a Veteran and should have been take to the VA where the regular physicians are. I was told point blank their at our facility and our doctors will see them and give them what medications they see fit. I believe this place need a surprise visit from the board of health and Human Resources. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

Upon entering there was a roach in the exam room ceiling. Was there one week and saw a therapist one time. More like a glorified nursing home. Tv is left on all day except when it’s time for a “group” when all they do is ask you the same five questions. Staff also made it very hard to communicate with patents family. Very understaffed, employees cussing all day. Staff also took a violent patient from the “bad side” and put him with others, endangering patients in the process. When asked why he was on this side, the staff simply said “the violent” side just didn’t want to deal with him. If you love your family member I would suggest never sending them here. This place is more about collecting the insurance money than “healing” people. I wouldn’t put a stray dog here much less a human being.
